Pre-Owned Watches
Chronofinder Ltd offer 12 months mechanical warranty on all watches unless the original manufacturer's warranty exceeds this. Certain pre-owned watches will still have the balance of the original manufacturer's warranty remaining.

Conditions of the Chronofinder Ltd 12 Months Mechanical Warranty

  1. Your warranty begins from the day you receive your watch.
  2. Our warranty is a mechanical warranty that covers the watch movement ONLY. It does not include accidental damage.
  3. It does not include the bracelet, strap, links, clasp, case, crown, bezel, dial, hands, pushers, screws, crystals, watch glasses of any type and/or diamonds.
  4. Our warranty is considered void if the crystal lens has been broken or if the watch shows signs of water damage, impact or misuse.
  5. Significant impacts will be spotted by experienced watchmakers.
  6. The warranty becomes void if the back of the watch is opened within our warranty period without the authorisation of Chronofinder Ltd.
  7. Watches handled by third parties without our express consent are no longer covered by our warranty.
  8. Your 12 months warranty is with Chronofinder Ltd and ALL warranty returns MUST be sent to us.
  9. The warranty is with the customer of Chronofinder Ltd and will not be transferred if the watch is sold.

After payment has cleared in our account your watch can either be shipped to you for free by next day insured delivery or collected from our Hatton Garden office, the choice is yours. Please note we do not ship outside of the U.K. and photo ID and proof of address is required for all orders.

To purchase this watch, you can add it to cart and follow the steps to checkout online. Alternatively, you can book an appointment to collect the watch in person from our Central London Showroom.

If you choose to checkout online, your watch will be securely packaged up and sent by free and fully insured delivery.

We ship the day after cleared funds. For example, if you purchased a watch on Monday, it would be packaged up and sent the day after, to arrive with you on Wednesday.

Of course! After your purchase, a member of our sales team will get in touch with you to arrange delivery. Please let them know the size of your wrist, and we will adjust the bracelet for you.
